Freeman Healing offers a unique combination of approaches –
Counselling, Chakra Healing and/or Ancient Shamanic Healing.

Counselling

When you feel out of control with aspects of your life it can feel confusing and scary. Counselling will help you make sense of what is happening and why you feel as you do. This process alone has been described as ‘liberating’ and ‘empowering’. It is often the first stage of healing.

Chakra Healing

There are seven chakras (Sanskrit for ‘spinning wheel of light’) of different colours located along the spine. Their function is to distribute life-giving energies to every region of the body.

For example, the first chakra at the base of the spine represents our ‘grounding’ on this earth, our sense of security and links directly to the skeleton, muscles, skin and urinary system. Anything that threatens our security – a difficult birth, caesarean section, abuse, feeling unwanted by a parent, bullying, redundancy and so on – will ripple into the first chakra and then, if unchecked into the related body parts. The result might be low back pain and/or cystitis (in the female). This is how illness begins.

Restoring the colour and spinning movement to the chakra draws the pressure out of the low back pain or cystitis. This is how healing begins. A client may or may not sense the changes in the chakra. In any event, the symptoms will begin to heal.

'Tip-Toe Through the Chakras' is a profoundly healing course starting in April 2008, that invites you to journey via the chakras into your body and soul. The course will be held over a 10 week period near Stroud, Gloucestershire.
The 6-part course costs £199 or individual sessions can be booked at a cost of £48 each.

Ancient Shamanic Healing

Shamanism is the earliest spiritual practice known to man and the word shaman comes from the Tung tribe of Siberia meaning ‘healer’ or ‘one who sees in the dark’. Our ancient ancestors developed a remarkable system of knowledge for healing, much of which is available today.

Healing procedures often include the use of a stone and/or crystal. Patsy uses a stone that was given to her by the leader of the indigenous Shuar tribe. This ancient healing stone handed down through the generations of Shuar shamans has gentle, yet powerful healing properties.

Shamanic healing procedures can help to:

• Clear the body’s cellular memories related to trauma.
• Cut the energetic ties that hold you to someone else.
• Bring back a part of you that feels missing.
• Heal a painful past life that is replaying itself in this life.
• Heal ancestral wounds. This is especially important for women who can hold up to 7 generations of wounding in their sacral area. (Note that approx.2 hours is needed for this session).
